The Mantua Outlet Village is located a few kilometres from the historic town of Mantua and hosts over 100 boutiques of the best men's fashion brands.

Wooden urban furniture

Pircher has designed and developed several pieces of urban furniture in wood for the Mantua Outlet Village. The company offers design and durability for urban spaces. The benches are made of larch wood, impregnated pine or coloured spruce to suit any design requirements.

Protekt – Water-based preservatives

Protekt is a water-based preservative, used for industrial wood treatment. The product protects the surface of the wood and the treated area against fungi that cause decomposition and rot. The wood stabilises itself in its dimensions. After treatment with Protekt, the product is finished with stain or colour to prevent leaching of the preservative.

Wooden outdoor floor

Construction and installation of a floor spanning more than 100 square meters in the historic centre of Reggio Emilia, using FSC certified anti-slip planks, in order to regenerate one of the squares of the historic centre in style.

Research and development

Based on its research into materials for outdoor use, Pircher has generated innovative flooring solutions that use wood species and specific treatments specially suited to outdoor environments.

FSC certification

The FSC Principles and Criteria contain the essential elements or rules for environmentally friendly, socially beneficial and economically effective forest management. There are ten principles that establish this vision; each principle is supported by criteria that provide a means for determining whether the principle has been fulfilled in practice.

Larch wood cladding.

Best in Parking - Holding AG is a well established company with a strong focus on quality and a leader in the design, construction and operation of car parks in Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Slovakia.

Façade cladding

Design, construction and installation of more than 500 square meters of façade cladding, with a diamond-shaped larch wood finish. The entire structure is clad in prefabricated panels that afford a finished aesthetic without visible screws.
