Soundproof wooden barriers

Sustainable solutions for noise abatement

Soundproof wooden barriers
Supply of autoclave impregnated pine soundproof panels dimensioned to design specifications with a class A3-B3 acoustic performance.
Impregnation in autoclave
Autoclave Impregnation protects the wood from the elements and from fungus and insects, ensuring total protection, 12 months of the year. Autoclave treated wood is resistant to the sun, rain and snow, and attacks from fungi or parasites.
Rock wool – Sound absorbent material
The raw materials used for the production of uncoated rock wool solid panels include the diabase, amphibolite, basalt and dolomite rock types, as well as recycled rock wool. The binding and dustproofing agents are then added to these, giving the wool special properties. Rock wool also provides effective fire protection, with a melting point above 1,000°C. It also has an adequate porosity percentage and considerable resistance to air flow, and is therefore considered a very good acoustic absorber. The product also has acoustic attenuation and correction properties according to the physical mass-spring-mass principle making it capable of greatly reducing the intensity of the sound passing through.
Soundproof wooden barriers
Supply of the Brenner model soundproof wooden panels along both sides of the stretch of motorway in the municipality of San Miche All'Adige, just before the motoroway exit.

Autoclave Impregnation protects the wood from the elements and from fungus and insects, ensuring total protection, 12 months of the year. Autoclave treated wood is resistant to the sun, rain and snow, and attacks from fungi or parasites.
Polyester - Sound absorbent material
Our polyester panels are made using a new technology, in a three-dimensional arrangement to avoid the need to add other binding agents beyond the polyester. 100% polyester product, completely recyclable. The benefits to us and the environment are linked to the special properties of the products used. These panels are constructed using non-toxic raw materials & process. Their use does not come with any warnings, nor are any fibres or dust released into the atmosphere. They are, in fact, non-toxic and non-allergenic. This innovative technique produces 3D fibres and affords greater attenuation resilience and acoustic correction for the same thickness according to the physical mass-spring-mass principle, thus significantly reducing the intensity of the sound passing through.
Adriatico Campsite
The Adriatico campsite is situated right in the heart of the beach at Lido di Sottomarina-Chioggia, directly on the Adriatic Sea.
Soundproof wooden barriers
Construction and installation of more than 400 square meters of soundproof panels around the entire perimeter of the campsite. The innovative "Silence" soundproof barrier offered the customer the possibility to customise this one-of-a-kind panel, thanks to the digital printing applied on a special perforated sheet.
The "Silence" model
Silence is a modular, multifunctional soundproof barrier designed to tackle the issue of noise abatement in the area. The front façade of the barrier can be customised with digital printing, offering unique harmonious solutions. This surface can be used as advertising space or as an artistic background.
Rock wool – Sound absorbent material
The raw materials used for the production of uncoated hard rock wool panels include the diabase, amphibolite, basalt and dolomite rock types, as well as recycled rock wool.
Richelmy Residence
Part of the Orpea chain, the residence located in Torino, is one of the most popular and best reviewed in the sector. The complex is the result of a complete renovation, respecting the historic architecture of the former Richelmy Institute of Salesian Fathers and converted into a modern and efficient nursing home.
Noise abatement
Construction of a bespoke fence in the outdoor area which offers soundproofing through the installation of wooden barriers, providing peace and quiet for the guests staying at the home. The impregnated wooden soundproof panels are strictly "Made in Italy" and manufactured to the highest quality standards in terms of acoustic performance.
Impregnation in autoclave
Autoclave Impregnation protects the wood from the elements and from fungus and insects, ensuring total protection, 12 months of the year. Autoclave treated wood is resistant to the sun, rain and snow, and attacks from fungi or parasites.
