BILAM® BEAMS
BILAM® beams combine the stability of laminated wood with the natural beauty of solid wood, creating unique building and furnishing solutions. They are made using selected spruce strips, which are finger-joined and glued with transparent polyurethane glue (formaldehyde emission class 0). Thanks to this manufacturing technology, the beams preserve the appearance of solid wood, with the characteristic grain andregular structure, but are free from "defects" such as cracks, excessively large knots, warping and thinning of the wood section. The static capacity of BILAM® beams reaches that of laminated wood beams.
