Tartaruga quality is guaranteed for 10 years, to withstand sun, rain and snow, and resist the attack of fungi and insects.
The warranty conditions are described in the Warranty Certificate issued by the Dealer at the time of sale of a Tartaruga product. In the event of degradation of the product, the Dealer, in collaboration with Pircher Oberland Spa, will replace the damaged element.
Medallion:
It is the "Tartaruga badge" that is on all finished products or products with assembly kit.
Marking:
Quality mark impressed on all semi-finished products made of laminated or solid wood.
Serial number:
Year/month/batch no. impressed on all semi-finished products in laminated and solid wood.
RAL staple:
Certifies the impregnation
quality of semi-finished products with a thickness of more than 4.5 cm.
